Ingredients for 6 servings

150.0ml chicken or vegetable stock

4 garlic cloves , chopped

6 x 175.0g skinless boneless chicken breast fillets

2.0 tbsp olive oil

2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes

mixed salad leaves tossed in your favourite dressing, to serve

18 basil leaves , half chopped, half left whole

1 ciabatta loaf, cut into 12 slices

100.0g soft butter

400 g can cannellini beans , drained and rinsed

250 g punnet cherry tomato , halved

4 sprigs of oregano , leaves removed and chopped

6 slices of prosciutto (85g pack)
