1-3/4 teaspoon instant yeast (or 2 teaspoons active dry yeast)

1-1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 cup (60 ml) warm water (105-115° F/41-46° C)

3/4 cup (180 ml) yogurt or well-shaken buttermilk, room temperature or slightly warmer

1 tablespoon mild honey or sugar

6 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
