3 cups (450g) plain (all-purpose) flour

250 g butter, chopped

1 cup (160g) icing (confectioner’s) sugar

6 egg yolks

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

2 tablespoons iced water

1 eggwhite, lightly beaten

½ cup (55g) roughly chopped walnuts

2 tablespoons brown sugar

½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
