Ingredients for 1 serving

4 oz. raw chicken breast

1 T. light soy sauce

3/4 T. pineapple juice, unsweetened

1/4 t. ginger

1/8 t. garlic powder

2 t. toasted sesame seeds

Preparation

1.

1. Using a mallet, reduce thickness of meat. 2. Combine all ingredients except chicken to make sauce. 3. Cut chicken into strips. Place in pan and pour sauce over meat. Marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator. 4. Place chicken on skewers, folding the strips back and forth. 5. Bake or grill chicken until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
