8 Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, packed
  • 1-2 cups almond milk, unsweetened vanilla &/or water
  • **1 scoop of protein – vanilla or chocolate
  • 1 large spoonful [or 1/4 cup] pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • sweetener of choice – 5-8 drops of liquid Stevia OR 1 Tbsp of honey or agave.
  • 5-10 ice cubes
