1 cup fresh spinach, packed

1-2 cups almond milk, unsweetened vanilla &/or water

**1 scoop of protein – vanilla or chocolate

1 large spoonful [or 1/4 cup] pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

sweetener of choice – 5-8 drops of liquid Stevia OR 1 tablespoon of honey or agave.

5-10 ice cubes
