4 c broccoli florets
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c balsamic vinegar
Salt & pepper
1/4 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425* Place broccoli on a large sheet pan. Drizzle the olive oil & balsamic vinegar over the broccoli. Season with salt & pepper. Toss to coat. Place on top rack of oven and roast for 20 min or until tender. Remove from oven and sprinkle the Parmesan over the broccoli.
