1 punnet of cherry tomatoes. (250g)

1 packet of ready chopped pancetta or bacon.

3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar.

A good pinch of ground black pepper.

A good handful of crumbled feta cheese.
