boneless chicken brest

3 bottles sweet and sour salad dressing

1/2 bottle dijon mustard (like Gray Poupon)

white rice



cut up chicken breast into bite size pieces. lightly brown in olive oil (do not cook completely)


mix dressing and mustard. pour over chicken. simmer for 45 minutes


serve over white rice
