Ingredients for 6 servings

1/2 lb poblano chiles

1 1/2 lb zucchini, cut into 3/4 inch cubes

1 cup chopped white or yellow onion

3 x garlic cloves, minced

2 tbsp butter or olive oil

2 cup vegetable stock

2 cup water

2 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

3 tbsp chopped cilantro

3 tbsp chopped fresh epazote leaves

2 tbsp chopped fresh dill

1 small jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped

1/4 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
