1.5 large summer squash (I used yellow and green patty pan)

8 Cocktail tomatoes (or any variety)

1/2 cup soaked cashews

2 small avocados

3-4 basil leaves, finely chopped

Better than Bottled Balsamic Vinaigrette

Freshly ground black pepper

Sea salt, to taste
