2 cups arugula
16 slices proscuitto
grab a few stews of arugula and place in middle of a slice of proscuitto
as if you were making sushi, roll the proscuitto making sure to tightly tuck arugula in.
Ideally you should take a few nice leaves and have them positioned extending out of both open ends of the proscuitto slice.
Arrange on a platter and serve.
