Ingredients for 10 servings

1/2 cup white wine

2 sponge cakes, layers (bought cake or ladyfingers)

1 (450 g) can pineapple chunks , well drained (save 1/2 cup syrup)

2 tablespoons custard powder

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cups whipping cream (about 300ml)

2 teaspoons gelatin

2 tablespoons sugar

250 g strawberries , 1 punnet (or tray)

3 passion fruit

2 tablespoons water

2 1/2 cups milk
