Vegetable oil – 70ml

cloves- 3nrs

cinnamon- 2nrs

cardamom- 1 piece

Javitiri- a few

Staranise- 2 brs

Bayleaves- 1

onion,chopped- 200g

Greenchillies,chopped- 2nrs

ginger & garlic paste – 3tbsp

tomato paste- 4nrs

Kashmiri chilli powder – 3tbsp

coriander powder – 4tbsp

turmeric powder – ½ tsp

jeera powder – ½ tsp

garam masala – 2 tbsp

chicken Pieces – 1.5 kg

butter – 25g

coriander leaves, chopped

Salt to taste



1.Heat oil, put all tadka ingredients and let it splutter 2.Add onion and green chillies, sauté till it golden brown. Ginger and garlic paste now after stirring add Tomato paste. 3.Mix till oil ooze out from onion and tomato, add Indian masalas one by one. 4.Add chicken, stir for few minutes then pour water which enough for chicken to cook and also for semi gravy consistency 5.Finish with coriander leaves and butter
