Peanut Dressing:

1 Tbsp Lemon Juice (from half a lemon)

3 fl oz Rice Vinegar

1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

1 fl oz Soy Sauce

1/4 tsp Hot Pepper Sauce (not Tabasco)

2 Tbsp Sesame Oil

1 clove Garlic, fine mince

2 Tbsp Granulated Sugar

1/8 tsp Kosher Salt

2 dash White Pepper

1/2 C Peanut Butter, crunchy (preferably JIF® or other brand name)


1 lb. Green Cabbage, cored, chiffonade or cut ¼” shreds (about half a cabbage)

1/4 lb. Red Cabbage, cored, chiffonade or cut ¼” shreds (about a quarter a cabbage)

1 medium Green Bell Pepper, cored, seeded, julienne

1 medium Red Bell Pepper, cored, seeded, julienne

2 each Scallion, green and light green part, thin bias cut

1 Tbsp Cilantro, fresh, chopped

To Taste White Pepper

To Taste Kosher Salt

2 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
