olive oil

1 small handful flat-leaf parsley leaves

1 small handful fresh mint leaves

1 tablespoon verjuice (available from fine foods stores; substitute lemon juice or a mild vinegar, white wine or cider)

harissa, to taste (substitute another garlicky chili sauce, such as sriracha)

a dash of zest from an organic lemon, finely grated

a teeny pinch ground cinnamon

180 grams (1 rounded cup) ripe cherry tomatoes, about 20, sliced in halves
