2 medium garlic cloves, minced

3 tablespoons Madras curry powder

3/4 cup chicken stock or canned low-sodium broth

1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup dried currants

1 tablespoon honey

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
