1 pinch ground allspice

2 achiote paste cubes

3-4 whole allspice

1 lime, juice of

1-2 habanero peppers , seeded, deveined and thinly sliced

1 orange, juice of

4 whole black peppercorns

corn tortilla

salt and pepper

1 red onion , halved lengthwise and thinly sliced

1 tablespoon white vinegar
