Ingredients for 4 servings

32 slices of coppa di parma

24 pieces of roasted red bellpepper

1 bunch of small watercress

20 slices of fried potato chips

truffel oil aioli

crushed black pepper

sea salt flakes

olive oil

Preparation

1.

-sprinkle some olive oil on each plate -sprinkle some black pepper and some sea salt on the plate -lay the coppa on the plate so it covers the whole plate -now add the truffle oil aioli in thin lines on top of the coppa -carnish with potato chips,roasted red bell peppers and watercress -at last finish with some sprinkles of olive oil
