I used baking powder instead of yeast so I could roll it out and use it straight away for tortillas. I used black onion seeds as I was serving it with aloo gohbi. Also chia, sesame, flax, sunflower, pumpkin seeds. I also cooked in a dry skillet instead of the oven.... Delicious and healthy.

Ingredients for 6 servings

4 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour

1 3/4 tsp salt

1 tsp instant yeast/active dry yeast

1 cup Seeds

1 1/2 cup mustard seeds, toasted and crushed

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

2 cup water, ice cold

semolina flour or cornmeal for dusting baking sheet
