I loved the purée but next time I will add some seasoning. My chicken didn't turn out as crispy as I wanted it but it was a good easy meal. My 5 year old loved it!!!!

So good! Make sure to season the chicken with some salt and peper before cooking. The sage is a little tricky -- just let the oil heat up thoroughly before (very quickly) frying the sage.

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

4 free-range chicken breasts, cut into chunks

2 medium heads cauliflower, cut into chunks

80 g desiccated coconut

1/3 cup fresh sage leaves

2 medium cauliflowers, cut into chunks

1/2 cup cream

1 tablespoon butter

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
