1/2 cup chopped pitted dates

1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted

1 cup sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp Chinese five-spice powder

1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
