Quick, simple - a little on the mild side for my taste but easy to spice up. The lime juice and ginger give it a nice bright tang. The skewers look nice with the slices of lime added with the shrimp.

3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 large clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon grated lime zest

1 teaspoon Asian sesame oil

1 pound large shrimp (16 to 20 count)

2 limes, each cut into 4 wedges

2 tablespoons chopped, fresh cilantro
