16-48 oz. vegetable juice or tomato juice (depends on slow cooker size)

1 cup each of chopped, white onion, carrots, celery, and bite size potatoes (peeled)

1 – 2 dashes hot sauce (to taste)

2 shots vodka (optional)

1/3 cup flour

3 Tbsp. butter

Any seafood will work, I use shrimp, scallops, crab, lobster, clams, and when serving I top with steamed mussels
