This recipe calls for:

1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese

3/4 cup whole-wheat pastry flour, (see Ingredient Note)

1/2 cup Raspberry Sauce, (recipe follows)

1/3 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced

Crust

1/4 cup dried strawberries, or dried cranberries

3 tablespoons canola oil

1 tablespoon milk

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Raspberry Sauce

1 cup diced pineapple

1 2-ounce block of white chocolate

2 tablespoons milk

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 1/2 teaspoons sugar, divided Toppings
