100 g button mushrooms , halved and cooked

1/2 teaspoon szechwan pepper , lightly crushed

1 whole star anise

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 garlic cloves , crushed

1 cup bean sprouts

2 tablespoons soy sauce

ginger , finely julienned

1 garlic clove

1 teaspoon szechwan pepper , lightly crushed

1 tablespoon mirin
