1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger

1 cup low-fat mayonnaise

5 eggs, separated

1 1/2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs + additional for coating

Salt to taste

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 cup canola oil
