  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard

  • 1 cup uncooked regular grits
  • 4 large eggs, separated
  • 2 cups (8 ozs) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
  • Paprika
