1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon orange zest , freshly grated

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 cup raspberries or strawberry or blackberry or blueberries (for topping)

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 1/4 cups 1% fat buttermilk or soymilk

1/8 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon canola oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

1 cup banana , must be ripe, chopped (about 2 bananas)

cooking spray

1 large egg , lightly beaten
