4 stalks celery, diced

1 cup petite frozen peas, thawed

6 scallions, thinly sliced

4 tablespoons canola oil

6 sliced unpeeled fresh ginger

2 tablespoons sesame oil

romaine lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry, torn in half
