When Chargrilling Swordfish It's Best To Chargrill Each Side Evenly And Check Temperature To See If The Fish Is Cooked. Try Serving With A Warm Zucchini Salad Consisting Of Zucchini, Tomato, Squash And Spinach. It's Another Accompaniment Other Than A Warm Avocado Salad.

Ingredients for 4 servings

1/4 cup white wine

2 ears corn , corn from 2 cobs (can be substituted with canned corn)

1 large avocado , diced

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 shallot , chopped

4 swordfish steaks , about 150g each

1/2 red bell pepper , finely diced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1/4 cup chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
