I thought one of the layers was supposed to be mint. Does anyone have a recipe with one layer being mint green with mint flavor?

Ingredients for 24 servings

¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

¼ cup sugar

1¼ cup graham cracker crumbs

1 cups sweetened shredded coconut

½ cup finely chopped walnuts or almonds

½ cup butter, melted

1 egg, lightly beaten

⅔ cups butter, softened

3 cups confectioners’ sugar

¼ cup powdered milk (preferable whole milk)

1 tbsp vanilla extract

5 tbsp heavy cream or milk

8 ounces semi-sweet (dark) chocolate (or 1⅓ cups chocolate chips)

2 tsp vegetable oil
