1 cup milk (I used 3/4 cup skim milk and 1/4 cup cream)

3-4 ripe tomatoes

2 ears fresh corn

1 cup cherry tomatoes

10 leaves basil, torn

1/2 tsp. pepper

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese

1 cup panko bread crumbs

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
