1/2 lb spinach, washed and finely chopped

1/2 tbsp turmeric

2 medium Green Chile peppers, minced

2 x tomatoes, chopped

1/2 tsp salt

2 tbsp butter

1/2 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp pure red Chile powder

1 pinch asafetida (optional)

salt to taste

1/2 x lemon juice

1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
