1/2 cup (87 g) sifted pastry flour (White Lily All-Purpose Flour will do.)

1/2 cup (95 g) granulated sugar (The recipe specifies fine granulated, but almost any granulated sugar on the market should do.)

1/2 cup (65 g) powdered sugar
