150 g good black olives stoned

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

10 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

1 clove of garlic peeled and finely chopped

a bunch of fresh marjoram leaves picked

a bunch of fresh lemon basil leaves picked

500 g mixed red and yellow cherry tomatoes halved
