4 bell peppers (any color)
1 box Rice
1 lb. hamburger
1 small onion
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
Preheat oven to 370F degrees.
Cook rice according to directions.
Cook hamburger, once browned add diced tomatoes and onion.
Cut the tops off the bell peppers, and clean seeds and ribs from the insides.
Place the stuffed peppers on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 20 min.
