Ingredients for 4 servings

400 gr mussels (without shells - you can use jar mussels as well)

1 1/2 Tbsps mayonnaise

1 tsp oregano, dry, for the mussels

3/4 Tbsp mustard mild

1 pintch of salt

1 pintch black pepper

230 gr flour (11-12 Tbsps)

4 eggs

240 gr bread crumbs

180 gr semolina

1 tsp spearmint, dry

2 tsps oregano, dry

olive oil (or other vegetable oil) for frying
