1 bunch carrot tops
3 garlic cloves, peeled
Juice of one lemon
1/4-1/2 cup of toasted walnuts
Olive Oil (about 1/4 cup or until desired consistency)
Put carrot tops, garlic, lemon juice, walnuts and salt in food processor. Being to puree and drizzle olive oil in the top hole until desired consistency. Taste and add more salt and pepper as desired. Serve with pasta and lots of fresh parmesan.
