Ingredients for 1 serving

1/3 c oats

2/3 c milk

1 T chia seeds

Preparation

1.

-Place those three ingredients in a bowl or tupperware and leave them to soak in the fridge overnight. -The chia seeds will expand and the oats will cook in the milk. -When you are ready to eat it, heat the dish for about 75 seconds and then add toppings. -I like to add 1T of PB2 (peanut butter powder where most of the fat has been taken out of the powder) - and this ingredient can be soaked with the oats/milk/seeds. -All other toppings can be added after. I use whatever I have or whatever looks good at the store - most often blueberries and/or banana and/or walnuts.
