1/4 cup Tapioca starch

1 tsp Sea salt

1 tbsp Baking powder

1 tsp Ground Cinnamon

1/4 cup Light olive oil

1 x Banana Mashed well

1/2 cup Rice Milk or hemp milk

2/3 cup Organic Brown or Raw Sugar

1 tbsp Bourbon vanilla extract

1 Sprinkle Raw sugar for topping if desired
