Puffed Wheat Cake

If you want a chocolate flavour add cocoa and more honey

Ingredients

1/3 cup butter or margarine

1/2 cup honey

1 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla

8 cups puffed wheat

Preparation

1.

Melt butter in a saucepan

Add sugar, honey and vanilla

3.

When this syrup bubbles, remove from heat

4.

DO NOT HAVE THE BURNER TOO HOT

Put puffed wheat in a large bowl

6.

Pour the syrup over the puffed wheat

7.

Mix and put in a 9x12 inch pan

8.

Press down well with a spoon

9.

Cut into squares

10.

MAKE SURE TO BUTTER YOUR HANDS WELL TO PREVENT FROM BURNING YOUR SKIN
