3 strips Bacon, chopped

2 cloves Garlic, peeled adn thinly sliced

2 x small leeks, sliced and cleaned

1 tsp fresh thyme

1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

1 cup White Wine

2 cup Chicken Stock

2 cans Butter Beans

1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, chopped

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
