Ingredients for 4 servings

1 bunch Tuscan kale

about 1 cup pomegranate seeds

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons honey

2 teaspoons mustard (any kind, I used Dijon but you can try with grainier types, too)

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
