6 Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey, pork or chicken
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp quatre-epices (equal parts pepper, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon)
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried sage or thyme (crumble with your hand)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for pan frying)
