Very nice. Great, soft and rich ice cream. Lovely caramel/burnt sugar/butterscotch flavor. The only strike against it, to me, is that I am not much of a fan of custard based ice cream (versus Philadelphia-style) since I find the custards a bit too heavy. Wonderful recipe though, highly recommended!
