1/3 cup ketchup

1/4 cup chopped country ham

1 tablespoon sugar

3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot sauce

1 teaspoon dried marjoram
