1 sweet red pepper

1 jalapeño pepper , seeded

3/4 cup diced red onion

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil

2 tbsp lime juice

2 tbsp sherry vinegar

2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

1/2 tsp salt and pepper

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
