Ingredients

1 ½ sticks unsalted butter (12 tablespoons)

1½ cup Ghirardelli 60% cacao chocolate chips

3 large eggs, at room temperature

1 cup sugar

¼ tsp. salt

1 tsp. vanilla extract

½ cup + 2 tbsp. all purpose flour

½ tsp. baking powder

8 squares Ghirardelli peppermint bark, chopped into large chunks (for brownie mix)

18 squares peppermint bark, broken in to large chunks (about 8 pieces per square) (for finishing)
