1 x zucchini

2 x Japanese cucumbers

3 x cloves of garlic, coarsely chopped

3 x stalks of green onions, chopped

2 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp sesame oil

2 tbsp rice vinegar or malt vinegar

2 tbsp chili flakes - or as much as you please

Salt and pepper to taste
