1 (19.5-oz.) package fudge brownie mix (we tested with Pillsbury)

1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

2 large eggs

1/2 cup canola oil

1/4 cup water

2 cups dark chocolate morsels, divided (we tested with Nestlé Chocolatier)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces

2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Chile caribe pepper flakes (optional)
